Thanks for this and the longer report. I hate to be selfish about this, but I needed it. I wonder how many other stories like this are blooming in the Central Valley and similar locations around the country... and, of course, I worry how they will survive the anti-empathetic and techno-elitist mentality promulgated by some in Silicon Valley and elsewhere in the Golden State as well as elsewhere around the country.
Always good to hear about communities rallying themselves and resources in support of good living. My home town -- larger -- has done similar to recover from rust-belt syndrome. Thanks Deb and Jim.
